this is the better approach to assuring that you've got all your
measurements and all the information necessary to feel comfortable

Can I place an order by phone?
Ordering by phone is our current ordering procedure, we feel more
comfortable talking with you and assuring that you have all the
information necessary to make your proper Wedding Gown or dress
selection. You may call us between 10:00 AM
and 5:00

Do you have any stores where I can try on a dress?
Yes, we have our Store which is located in Boca Raton, Florida
Do you have a Printed Catalog?
Sorry, we do not have any catalogs available to send to you. You can
view all our styles on our web site.
How do I know what size to order?
To assist you in ordering the correct size, we have included a size
chart with each style. While you are viewing an enlarged photo, click on
"view size chart" and it will appear in a pop-up window. If
your measurements fall in-between two sizes, we suggest that you choose
the larger size, and have your own seamstress alter it according to your
specific body measurements.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept the following major credit cards: Visa, MasterCard. We also
will accept bank or post office money orders. Please mail them to us
including the details of your order, your address and phone number.

What about privacy?
At LeClaire Bridal, we believe that safeguarding your online and
customer privacy is our responsibility. We guarantee that we will never

What are your shipping rates?
We will be happy to quote shipping rates
to you via the phone prior to ordering your Dress or Gown. For International Shipping, additional
fees must be added and we will notify you of all the costs involved. We
do not ship to PO Boxes. You must have a valid street address.
Do you ship everywhere in the world?
Yes!
Can I return my dress if I don't like it?
Unfortunately, No. All items sold are a final sale with no returns or
exchanges. The reason being that once we place an order with the manufacturer we
ourselves can not cancel it after 48 hours nor can we return the dress to the
manufacturer.

What if I receive my dress and its damaged?
LeClaire Bridal has taken all the necessary steps to assure that you will
receive your order in satisfactory condition. Unfortunately, since there are
conditions that are out of our control, if you notice the package is damaged and
you suspect that the gown is also damaged you must refuse delivery and have the
Package returned to us so that we may inspect the dress and determine that it is
not damaged. We insure all packages for their content value so that any damage
done to a dress in transit will be covered. We will then re-ship the dress
immediately back to you. This is a very, very, very rare occurrence!

Can I track my order once it has been placed?
When your order has been shipped, we will provide you with a direct link to
track your order with the carrier's tracking system web site.

MEASURING
INSTRUCTIONS |
|
We
recommend you get your measurements taken by a professional seamstress,
but if that is not possible then have a friend or family take your
measurements. Do not try to measure yourself as this will produce
incorrect measurements. |
|
The
following instructions are general guidelines |
|
Before you
begin, tie a string around your waist to get your true waistline. |
|
YOUR BUST |
|
Size is measured around the
widest part of your back. Measure across the fullest part of your bust with
the bra you intend to wear under the gown. Don't assume your bra size is the
correct measurement. |
|
YOUR
WAIST |
|
Size is
measured around your natural waistline. Do not hold your stomach in while
measuring. Leave a finger under the tape when measuring so that the dress
won't be too tight. |
|
YOUR HIP |
|
Size is
measured around the fullest part of your hips, not at the hip bone. Put your
thumbs at your natural waist and rest your hands on your hips. The tips of
your fingers should be the area to measure for your hips. |
|
YOUR
HOLLOW TO HEM (see below) |
|
Size is
measured from the center of the hollow of the neck to the hem length.
Measure your hollow to hem size while wearing the shoes and slip you intend
to wear with the gown. The standard hollow to to hem is 58 inches. (unless
otherwise noted) |
|
YOUR
SLEEVE LENGTH |
|
Size is measured
from the underarm to the wrist bone. Make sure your arms are held straight
while measuring. The standard sleeve length is 17 inches. (unless otherwise
noted)
|
|
|
Measuring
from Hollow to Hem |
 |
Very Important
You must wear your bridal undergarments for
measuring. (Brassiere, Crinoline and shoes)
|
|
Note: When
measuring, make sure you have the actual crinoline that goes with
the dress. Crinolines differ in fullness thus effecting the
measurements
|
|
Continually measure
from neck hollow to waist following the shape of the body, then
from the waist to the hem following the shape of the crinoline.
(Including the fullness of the slip into the measurement.)
When the standard
Hollow to Hem is given, you can add one inch for the sizes that
follow.
